1923 Season 2 Release Date Confirmed At Paramount+
The release date for 1923 season 2 has been revealed. The hit spinoff from franchise creator Taylor Sheridan’s expanding Yellowstone universe features Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, serving as a sequel to 1883 but a prequel to the main series. The story centers around the Dutton family during the titular year, which included Western Expansion, Prohibition, and the Great Depression. 1923 season 2 was confirmed by Paramount+ in February 2023, but new episodes were delayed after the writers’ and actors’ strikes.

Challenges Face Jacob & Cara
In the upcoming installment of the Paramount+ hit, Jacob (Ford) and Cara (Mirren) face a cruel winter and unfinished business back at the Dutton ranch. Staring down harsh conditions and rivals that look to end the Dutton legacy, Spencer (Brendon Sklenar) has his journey, however, heading home and trying to save his family in Montana. As for Alexandra (Julia Schlaepfer), she’s on her own quest to reconnect with Spencer and reignite their love.
Along with Ford, Mirren, Sklenar, and Schlaepfer, the 1923 cast includes Julia Schlaepfer, Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Michelle Randolph, Sebastian Roché, and the returning James Bond icon Timothy Dalton. It was also previously announced that This Is Us alum Janet Montgomery and Dexter star Jennifer Carpenter were among the new additions for season 2.
