1000-Lb Sisters fans heard that Amy Slaton visited a zoo in Crockett County, Tennessee in the first week of September. After a camel bit her, she was arrested. Later, she pleaded not guilty to various charges , and now, she appeared in court for the second time.
Amy Slaton Had A Bad Day At The Zoo
Being bitten by a camel can’t be much fun, but things went downhill for the 1000-Lb Sisters star after that. EMTs arrived, but so did the police, who discovered that allegedly, she and her boyfriend, Brian Scott Lovvorne had Schedule One and Schedule Six drugs in their possession.
Amy Slaton also faces charges of child endangerment because her sons, Gage and Glenn were with them. Later, the TLC star admitted that “people make mistakes,” and mentioned that her her boyfriend worked at a “local paper.” Additionally, she said that he’s also a “pediatric nurse.”
1000-Lb Sisters Star In Court
On September 7, when the TLC star and Brian Scott Lovvorne appeared in court for the first time, they both pleaded not guilty. After that, when they were released on bond, she mentioned that she felt “sorry for everything.”
On Thursday this week, Amy Slaton and her boyfriend reappeared in court, but nothing startling happened. The 1000-Lb Sisters star arrived at the Crockett County General Sessions Court only for the case to be put back to December.
WBBJ News reports that the TLC star’s “court hearing was reset for December 19.”
