EastEnders ‘Confirms’ Who Takes Down Killer Reiss Colwell – and It’s Not Sonia Fowler
Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) is surely on borrowed time in EastEnders as his list of crimes has grown exponentially over the past couple of weeks.
Things began to go downhill for hapless Reiss when he realised how behind he had fallen in paying wife Debbie’s care home fees.
This led him to start scamming his neighbours in a bid to raise enough money to pay off his debts – though he may have targeted the wrong person.
After scamming Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), he managed to convince Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) to invest in a sham opportunity – though it was too little too late.
With the thought of Debbie’s private care at risk, Reiss saw no other option but to turn killer and smother his beloved wife with a pillow – because, of course, the logical next move in this situation is to turn to murder.
Following her death, Debbie’s parents arrived on the scene, suspicious that foul play had been involved in her death, with her mum vowing to get to the bottom of really happened.
However, it isn’t just the truth of his murder that Reiss is running from, as recent scenes saw Phil track him down and demand a return on his investment.
Reiss has been trying desperately to avoid Phil over the past few days, but unfortunately he couldn’t get away this time.
Unable to come up with anymore excuses, Reiss promised to get Phil his money within 24 hours – but how will he manage it?
He has a serious task on his hands, as Phil wasn’t messing around, and warned that he wouldn’t ask nicely next time.
Is Reiss in danger of being brought down by Phil?
