Tim Mcgraw’s Surprise New Look Revealed as He Removes Cowboy Hat for Red Carpet Date With Faith Hill
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill attended the Beatles ’64 documentary premiere at Hudson Square Theater in New York City on Sunday.
The husband and wife duo, both 57, cozied up to each other on the red carpet almost two months after celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary.
Tim didn’t wear his trademark cowboy hat, revealing his new look — a crop of dark hair. The locks on top were a different shade to his salt-and-pepper sideburns and beard. While he has long been rumored to be balding, he has never publicly addressed speculation he relies on hairpieces to thicken up his mane.
Tim — who recently broke his silence after making a controversial political statement — also sported a purple turtleneck and slim-fitting dark trousers.
For the occasion, the This Kiss hitmaker flashed her chest in a button-up white shirt as she left most buttons undone.
The fashion-forward singer topped the look with a long black blazer and added high-waisted, light wash, wide-leg jeans.
Faith wore her shoulder-length dirty blonde locks in tousled, natural curls and she wore a subtle face of makeup.
Tim’s dark hair was closely cropped and he looked handsome with a graying goatee.
He took to Instagram days ago to engage his nearly four million followers as he shared a lyric video for his song One Bad Habit.
He wrote in the caption, ‘“One Bad Habit” became my 49th career #1 this week! This song always makes me think of my wife!
‘Thank you to country radio and all you fans who show up to the shows and tune in and listen. I am so very grateful.’
And two days before that he celebrated the 2024 CMA Awards with a reflective post.
‘Happy CMA’s! Performing “Good Hearted Women” at the 2012 Awards with my wife is something I’ll never forget. Have a good night everyone!!’ he wrote to his fans.
The longtime couple is parents to three daughters — Gracie, 27, Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 22.
Tim and Faith each gave each other adoring online tributes for their birthdays this year.
The songstress, who has since deleted social media, at the time wrote: ‘Thank GOD and Betty you were born 57 years ago this very day.’
Turning her attention to her followers, she continued elsewhere in the caption, ‘It’s been fun seeing you all out on the road. Me as a fan, same as you, watching this man and his master class when it comes to electrifying the stage and knowing that only comes from the audience… It is a sight to behold, truly.’
She signed off: ‘To my one and only… Love you, Wife.’
And Tim gushed on Faith’s September 21 birthday, ‘Our girls could not have a better role model in their lives as how to be an incredibly strong woman.
‘And how to believe in themselves and be in charge of their lives (every aspect of their lives).’
